Planetary Stranding Machine durable and equipment designed to improve wire stranding processes and enhance production efficiency

This machine is mainly used for stranding Cu, Al conductor, ACSR and core of insulation cable. It can also be used for Cu wires screening.

The planetary stranding machine is a cable and wire making machine used to strand steel, aluminum and copper wires into various cables and other products. This equipment is also used for cable forming of rubber sheathed cables, multi-strand cables and all sorts of communications cables, OPGW cables, etc.

• The cradle frame is distributed in 6 equal parts in each circle of the cage
• The cage is made of a hollow tube ≥Ø273mm*wall thickness ≥40mm, the capstan is made of Q235 whole plate CNC cutting, and the cradle frame is divided into (6; 6+6;) equal parts
• 100% mechanical back-twist. The back-twist is connected by shaft and gear, and all transmission gears are heat-treated
• The cradle frame is made of welded steel plates
• Reeling method: manual end-shaft clamping reel, mechanical locking
• It is convenient to load and unload the reel, and the reel is loaded into the cradle with the help of manual crane
• Mechanical friction is used in the cradle to provide the tension of the wire release, and the tension can be adjusted manually

The power supply of this machine is three-phase five-wire system, three-phase 380V (±10%), 50HZ.

The unit adopts touch screen + PLC unified management.

It is placed by two sets of electric cabinets, including: power cabinet, main control cabinet, and auxiliary control cabinet.

• Main Control Cabinet: Can complete the start, stop, jog, speed regulation, and emergency stop of the whole machine motor
• Auxiliary Control Cabinet: Includes start, stop, jog, speed regulation, and emergency stop of the winding function
• Touch Screen Display: Installed on the main console of the host, providing:
  • Machine speed setting
  • Various jog speed settings
  • Host speed ratio setting
  • Production meter length setting
  • Display of actual value of line speed
  • Display of actual value of production length in meters
  • Display of actual value of current, frequency, speed and torque of each variable frequency motor
  • Random display of equipment fault and query of fault page
  • Start of the whole machine with sound and light warning function

The whole machine adopts a fully digital control system with programmable controller as the core and touch screen as the human-machine interface. It communicates with the frequency converter through the field bus to realize the automatic control of the whole production line, fully meeting the production requirement.
